About Penny
Thirty years of developing leaders and teams.

Penny Reed is a culture and leadership keynote speaker, author, and certified behavioral consultant who helps organizations build cultures where people stay coachable, communicate clearly, and embrace what comes next.
Over more than 30 years, Penny has developed leaders and teams from the front line to the executive suite. She served as Chief Growth Officer of eAssist and Executive Vice President of AADOM, The American Association of Dental Office Management, and is a former Dale Carnegie trainer.
A certified behavioral consultant with the Institute for Motivational Living, Penny takes a practical, behavior-based approach to leadership, culture, communication, and accountability. She is the creator of The Bitter Baby® and The Coachability Factor™, and a member of the Speaking Consulting Network.
Known for simplifying complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies, Penny delivers sessions that are thoughtful, relatable, and designed to spark meaningful conversation. She has led leadership retreats on culture, including a retreat held at Walt Disney World. A longtime Disney enthusiast, she studies the guest experience there as closely as the attractions, and those lessons show up in every program she delivers.
She lives near Memphis, Tennessee, and speaks to audiences worldwide, in person and virtually.
